Signing In

Sign in to access your company workspace, open projects, and use the features available to your role.

When to use this page​

Signing in connects your Google account to your LiftOff workspace so you can view and update projects, tasks, notes, files, and settings.

Who can do this​

Anyone who has been invited to your company's LiftOff workspace can sign in with the Google account that matches their invitation or membership.

How to sign in​

  1. Go to liftoff.productionsandevents.com.
  2. Select Sign in.
  3. Choose your Google account.
  4. Complete any prompts from Google.
  5. LiftOff opens your workspace when sign-in succeeds.

First-time profile setup​

The first time you sign in, LiftOff may ask you to complete a short profile step:

  • Upload a display picture (optional)
  • Confirm your first and last name
  • Set your in-app label, the short name teammates see beside your notes, tasks, and activity

After onboarding, your in-app label is usually your first name.

Accepting a team invitation​

If an owner or admin invited you by email:

  1. Sign in with the same Google account as the invitation email.
  2. Open the invitation link if you received one.
  3. Accept the invitation when prompted.
  4. Complete profile setup if asked.

If the email on your Google account does not match the invitation, contact your workspace admin.

Next steps​

After sign-in you land on the Home Dashboard. From there you can open projects, check tasks, and use the main navigation.

Update your profile later​

Open Account from the user menu to change your display picture, in-app label, or personal notification preferences. See Account Settings.

If sign-in does not work​

Try these steps:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Close the tab and open LiftOff again.
  3. Confirm you are using the correct Google account.
  4. Sign out of Google in your browser, then sign in again.
  5. Ask an owner or admin to confirm your account is active.

Good to know​

  • You must be added to a workspace before you can use LiftOff.
  • Some pages and actions are limited by role.
  • LiftOff should only be used with accounts approved by your company.
