Billing

Review your company's LiftOff plan, billing status, usage limits, and payment settings.

What this is for

Owners and admins manage subscription details, trial dates, and payment through the Stripe customer portal. The same page shows how your workspace usage compares to plan limits.

Who can use this

Owners and admins can open the billing portal, change payment details, and view full usage. Members see a summary when the subscription needs attention.

How to open Billing

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under Company Profile & Team, select Billing.

Plan and payment

DetailDescription
PlanYour current LiftOff tier
Billing statusActive, trialing, past due, cancelled, or similar
Trial endsEnd date when you are on a trial
Current period endsWhen the current billing period closes

Status banners appear when action is needed:

  • Trialing — trial end date and reminder that the subscription continues unless cancelled
  • Past due — payment needs attention to avoid losing access
  • Cancelled or unpaid — some features may be unavailable

Manage payment

  1. Open Billing as an owner or admin.
  2. Select Manage Billing.
  3. Complete changes in the secure Stripe portal (payment method, invoices, cancellation).

Usage overview

Below the plan details, owners and admins see usage compared to plan limits:

  • Active projects
  • Team seats
  • AI actions in the billing period
  • Reports generated in the billing period

A feature access table shows which capabilities are included on your plan. Recent billing periods may appear in a usage history table for AI actions and reports.

What happens next

  • Adjust team size in Inviting Users if you are near seat limits.
  • If billing is not set up yet, your LiftOff admin will send a checkout link when the company is ready.

Notes

  • Billing is company-level, not per user.
  • Non-managers who see a billing warning should contact an owner or admin.
