Switching Companies

If you belong to more than one LiftOff workspace, use the company chooser to switch between them.

What this is for​

Consultants, agencies, and team members who work across multiple productions and events companies need a clear way to pick the right workspace after sign-in.

Who can use this​

Any user with active membership in more than one company sees the company chooser.

How to switch companies​

  1. Sign in with Google as usual.
  2. If you belong to multiple companies, LiftOff opens the Choose company page (/choose-company).
  3. Select the company you want to work in.
  4. LiftOff loads that workspace with its projects, tasks, inventory, and settings.

To switch again later, sign out and sign back in, or use the company switcher if available in your app version.

What happens next​

  • Each company has its own projects, catalog, clients, and settings. Data does not mix between workspaces.
  • Your role may differ per company. See Roles and Permissions.

Notes​

  • You must be invited to each company separately.
  • Project guest access is scoped to one company and one project at a time.
