Audit History
Audit history is a workspace log of important owner and admin actions, such as team changes, settings updates, AI requests, reports, and security-related events.
When to use this page
Answer "who changed this setting?" or "when was this member removed?" across the company.
Who can do this
Only owners and admins can open Audit Log.
How to open audit history
Go to Audit Log in the management menu, or Settings and follow the audit link if shown.
Filter the log
Narrow events by:
- Date range
- User who performed the action
- Item type (project, task, file, note, member, settings, AI request, report, and more)
- Action type (created, updated, deleted, invited, and similar)
Example events
- Team member invited, role changed, or removed
- Company or AI settings updated
- Project archived or deleted
- Report generated or emailed to client
- Email template updated
- Project guest invited or removed
