Viewing Files

Browse, preview, download, and relabel files on a project from the Files / Photos section.

When to use this page​

Find the right mockup, floor plan, recipe, or render quickly during planning or on site.

Who can do this​

Anyone with project access can view files on that project.

How to view files​

  1. Open the project.
  2. Go to Files / Photos.
  3. Tap or click a file to preview or download.

Images show inline previews where supported. PDFs and other documents may open in a new tab or download depending on your device.

Find files faster​

  • Scan labels (mockup, recipe, note, render) to filter visually.
  • Sort and group by upload date when many files exist.
  • AI render outputs appear here with a render label and watermark.

Download​

Use the download action to save a copy locally for offline use on site.

Change labels​

Relabel files when they were uploaded with the wrong category. See Uploading Files.
