Generating AI Renders
AI renders turn sketches, screenshots, mockups, or inspiration images into polished concept visuals. Use them to help clients and team members picture the setup before the event.
When to use this page
Use AI renders when a rough visual needs to become a cleaner concept image for planning, discussion, or early client review.
Who can do this
Owners, admins, and members can generate AI renders when AI features are enabled. Project guests cannot use AI renders.
Generate a render
- Open the project.
- Go to Files / Photos.
- Choose Generate AI Render.
- Select one or more uploaded files, such as sketches, screenshots, PDFs, or inspiration photos.
- Add optional instructions, such as colours, mood, venue style, or key details to keep.
- Choose a style and quality level.
- Submit the request.
The render runs in the background. You can keep working in LiftOff and return later to check progress.
Render styles

Request progress
Render requests may show progress such as queued, running, retrying, completed, failed, or cancelled. If quality checks fail, LiftOff may retry or ask you to start again with clearer files.
Finished renders
Completed renders are saved back to the project files with the render label and an AI watermark. Original files are not changed.
Good to know
- Renders are concept visuals, not final build plans.
- Renders may not be perfectly to scale.
- The quality depends on the clarity of the uploaded files and instructions.
- Review every render before sharing it with a client.
