Trailer Recommendations
LiftOff can estimate whether trailer transport should be reviewed based on visible event scale in uploads and your company's trailer guidance.
When to use this page
Flag logistics early when large decor, furniture, or equipment may not fit a standard vehicle.
Who can do this
Members, admins, and owners using AI draft or summary features may see trailer recommendations. You always decide whether to act on them.
When recommendations appear
You may see a trailer recommendation when:
- Creating a project from photos or documents
- Running certain AI summary or draft flows
LiftOff compares visible setup scale to default vehicle assumptions and common cargo trailer sizes. The result is an estimate, not a guaranteed transport plan.
Recommendation statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Not needed | Transport review likely unnecessary |
| May be needed | Worth confirming with your lead |
| Needed | Strong signal to plan trailer logistics |
| Unknown | Not enough information to estimate |
Add a trailer review task
After saving a project, LiftOff may ask if you want to add a trailer review task to your task list. You can accept or skip.
Next steps
- Confirm vehicle and trailer plans with your production lead.
- Include trailer notes in reports when relevant.
- Adjust AI settings trailer guidance for your company fleet.
Good to know
- Recommendations are estimates only.
- They do not replace site visits, venue measurements, or rental company advice.
- Always verify load dimensions and local transport rules.
