Suggested Tasks

LiftOff can propose tasks based on project details, notes, files, and your company's AI settings. You review suggestions and add only the ones you want.

When to use this page​

Suggested tasks speed up planning when many similar steps repeat across events (setup, delivery, teardown, client follow-up).

Who can do this​

Members, admins, and owners can request and accept suggestions where AI is enabled. Project guests do not use AI suggestions.

How suggestions appear​

Suggestions may show up:

  • After creating a project from images
  • When you request task suggestions on a project
  • In the Project review flow after AI-assisted creation

Each suggestion includes a title, optional category, and confidence context.

How to accept suggestions​

  1. Open the project Tasks section or the review window.
  2. Review each suggested task.
  3. Select the tasks you want to keep.
  4. Edit title, category, or due date if needed.
  5. Confirm to create real tasks.

Dismissed suggestions are not added. Accepted tasks behave like manually created tasks.

Trailer review tasks​

When LiftOff detects that trailer transport may be needed, it may offer a trailer review task after project save. You choose whether to add it.

Good to know​

  • Suggestions reflect project context at generation time.
  • Always verify tasks against your run-of-show and client contract.
  • AI does not replace your production lead's sign-off.
