Task Suggestions (AI)
LiftOff AI can propose tasks based on project title, client, dates, location, notes, existing tasks, and company AI settings.
When to use this page
Reduce blank-page planning when many events follow a similar production pattern.
Who can do this
Members, admins, and owners with AI enabled. Project guests do not receive AI suggestions.
How to request suggestions
- Open the project.
- Find Suggested tasks or request suggestions from the task or AI area.
- Wait for suggestions to generate.
- Review each proposed task in the list or Project review window.

How suggestions are shaped
LiftOff uses:
- Project fields and notes
- Your company's task categories
- AI Settings rules and examples
Suggestions favour actionable production steps rather than vague reminders.
Accept or dismiss
You stay in control:
- Accept creates a real task (you can edit first).
- Dismiss ignores a suggestion.
Accepted tasks can be assigned and completed like any other task.
Next steps
- Track accepted tasks on the task board.
- Combine with trailer recommendations when logistics tasks are suggested.
Good to know
- Suggestions are starting points, not signed run-of-show documents.
- Regenerate after major scope changes for fresh ideas.
