Project Schedule

The Schedule section on a project shows timed blocks for prep, travel, setup, event, teardown, and related activities.

What this is for​

See and edit the run-of-show for one event without opening the full workspace calendar. Schedule blocks here sync with the project timeline and calendar views.

Who can use this​

Anyone who can edit the project can view and update schedule blocks on that project.

How to open project schedule​

  1. Open the project.
  2. Select the Schedule section in the pill navigation.
  3. On mobile, open More → Schedule if the section is not in the main bar.

What you will see​

  • Schedule blocks with type, status, start and end times, and title
  • Blocks created manually, auto-generated from project times, or suggested by AI
  • Status labels: Draft, Tentative, or Confirmed

How to edit blocks on the project​

  1. Select a block to open its details.
  2. Update timing, status, or title.
  3. Save.

You can also open Calendar for month, week, day, or agenda views across all projects.

What happens next​

Notes​

  • The Overview timeline summarizes key blocks and tasks marked for the timeline.
  • Empty schedule sections usually mean the project needs event or setup times filled in.
