Files and Albums

Files keep project documents, photos, mockups, recipes, references, and generated report assets in one place. Albums are for post-event media that can be organized and shared.

When to use this​

Use files during planning and production. Use albums when collecting final event photos or videos for client delivery.

Steps​

  1. Open the project.
  2. Select Files / Photos to review uploaded planning materials.
  3. Upload new files and apply labels so the team can find them later.
  4. Open Album when you need to manage post-event media.
  5. Upload album media, review the grid, and configure sharing when ready.

Tips​

  • Label files as mockups, recipes, notes, renders, or other company-specific categories.
  • Keep client-facing album sharing off until the media is ready.
  • Use files as context for reports and AI-assisted planning.
