Project Guests

Project guests are collaborators with access to one project only. They can help on a specific event without receiving full workspace membership.

When to use this​

Use project guests for freelancers, day-of crew, contractors, or helpers who only need one project.

What the dialog shows​

The Manage project guests dialog lets you invite someone by email, review permission limits, see current guests, and remove access when needed.

Tips​

  • Project guests cannot manage access, archive projects, delete projects, or use AI features.
  • Their access is limited to the project where they were invited.
  • Use regular team membership for people who need access across many projects.
